Regarding all of the classes and private offerings, I ask that people come fragrance-free, including essential oil-free, as this helps everyone with chemical sensitivities. Please bring snack food with you that are protein- rich and tasty, like meats or cheese. These ceremonies require that you be grounded, so please do not eat before or during the classes any high-carbs (like pasta) , high sugars (like candy or soft-drinks), or foods with vegetable oils, preservatives, soy, and stimulants (like MSG). All these foods can easily tweak the mind and body and debilitate your focus. Also, please refrain from excessive fruit use, as fruits do have considerable amounts of sugar. Balance is everything.

Ken Robinson is a teacher, seer, and healer in the unbroken lineage of elders of the ancient Peruvian knowledge of Ka Ta See, which means “setting the world in balance.”
Ka Ta See was brought to the western world in the early seventies by Chea and Domano Hetaka, elder shamans from a remote tribe living on the eastern side of the Andes Mountains of Peru, South America. These indigenous people lived in close communion with the Spirit World and went to great lengths to protect their cherished knowledge, living in unconditional love, having no word for “judgment” in their language.
They passed on their knowledge to Kay Cordell Whitaker, author of The Reluctant Shaman and Sacred Link, who apprenticed with them for thirteen years.
In turn, Ken apprenticed with Kay for seventeen years. In addition to teaching and healing, Ken provides shamanic counseling and astrology readings as well as Bone Throws, a profound and delicate form of divination, known to be one of the oldest forms of calling in the Spirits for guidance.

Why does Ho’oponopono work?
Ho’oponopono is an Ancient Hawaiian self cleansing prayer and blessing. It is repeated over and over again until there is re leaf and release. It can be recited for a person, place, thing, situation involving self or others. It can be recited for emotions, thoughts, and any situation creatively. Ho’oponopono is simple, freeing, and liberating. It is easy to remember and is widely used among practiced healers in all professions throughout the world.
So what in Ho’oponopono makes it effective?
I believe this simple prayer offers the total self a healing solution
The emotional body is able to to release its discourse an is acknowledged as having feelings.
The mental body understands forgiveness and being forgiven, it does not have to go anyfurther.
The physical body is comforted by repetition and is able to relax.
The spiritual body can surrender its conflict and sees forgiveness and love as closure.
Ho’oponopono offers love and expects forgiveness to the mind, body, and spirit and works with intention. It uses the tools of spirit which is purifying. It is brilliant in its simplicity and powerful in its effects. When faced with conflict of any kind try reciting Ho’oponopono until you feel release. Use it in personal meditation or when there is a need to surrender. And use it for others.

This was my first Doreen Virtue Book. I was pleasantly surprised and did not put it down until I was finished.
Doreen’s book is about much more than Angel Therapy, in my opinion the title could have been much more expansive as the book itself covers many diverse topics including starting a spiritually minded business by helping others connect to their Angels. However this is a pleasant surprise, as her book offers the readership much more than the title suggests.
Doreen talks about her spiritual journey of connecting and working with Angels. She begins with her initial career choices, her first instances in communicating with angels, and how this evolved into her life’s work as a light worker. She talks about structuring a light worker business around working with Angels and gives very informative, clean, step by step advise. Doreen found her own healing through inviting Angels into her life to work with her on her journey and encourages this connection for all. Her simplicity in dialog conveys how easy it is to connect to Angels.
Doreen includes her understanding of the Angelic Kingdom and shares her personal relationship with many of the Angels. She offers an effortless guide in working with them that gives permission to play easily. She details many ways one can communicate with Angels. She walks the readership through steps on how to receive their assistance, healing, support, guidance. The steps are very clear and is equally informative for one connecting for the first time as well as one who has worked with Angels for some time. This book is a very enjoyable read.

I lost weight from the time I started this book over 1.5 months ago. This book is highly effective as a spiritual healing guide.
As a Course In Miracles Teacher I was fascinated that Marianne Williamson created a version of the teaching for those who struggle with weight, gifting them a spiritual source book that aligns readers with a journey of opening and expanding upon healing and uniting with the authentic self.
In a Course In Weight Loss, Marianne teaches self love and total self acceptance as steps to empowering yourself. She gives letters as examples of self communication techniques to turn a problem into something that you can accept within yourself. She talks about uniting weight problems (She covers weight but I believe the book can work with any addiction or affliction) with that of the assistance of Source. She speaks of God beautifully and freely as the provider of miracle to solve pain, issues, and problems in spiritual support of the reader. She utilizes lessons, gifts examples and takes you on a step by step journey through each lesson with wisdom and prayer, frightfulness and the ACIM understanding of authentic truth in Being. Her book is beautiful, and apparently effective as I without a strong goal, as I was reading this book I played with the idea of letting the book work for me. I lost weight just by reading the book and exploring my self with the exercises Marianne gave to work with.

Im in charge of me, your in charge of you
To postulate each one of us is capable to design our life lessons so that we can learn and grow is to understand our spirit is director.
To see that each spirit is the director of their life experience is to see each other as Source sees them, pure, responsible, capable. When you see this, capability expands and problems could never be larger. Understanding spirit is always master and director is understanding we all come from Source and is a liberating experience to discover.
To see each other in any other way does not serve, help, or support, it invalidates spirit and creates karma. To know that another has spirit, and that their spirit creates their life lessons as valuable treasures from every experience is to understand the jewel within yourself to support your own journey and to stand within the well spring of source.
Each of us has several pathways to choose as conscious choice to learn the lessons that our spirit selects as necessary and can always altar a pathway, make it more graceful, yet still retain the value of the growth. However the growth process is extremely valuable to the incarnate and was carefully selected by ones spirit. Interrupting that process is unnecessary practice and can delay growth.
Sometimes we fear the growth process of others or are not neutral because we do not understand what this being is working on, maybe have a matching picture and do not fully trust our own spirit, capability, and truth of what we have selected for our own individuated growth. Sometimes we judge another s growth and mistakenly interpret it superimposing a limitation that is not another s truth because we have yet to learn how karma is created.
Spiritual surrender, forgiveness, and non judgment assist the release of the pictures, energy charges and responsibility to prove to another the misnomers of right and wrong. It is your ability to resolve and create divine correction to the karma and energetic exchange of interference. Practicing the tools of spirit helps each of us to know we are of Source and truly are in charge, capable, ready, rich in tools and resources.

What is a Spiritual Healer?
A Spiritual Healer is you.
You as spirit have a gift to change, shift, rearrange, altar, evolve, learn, grow, expand, and resolve any and all things given the conscious play space and the permission, the space to experience and utilize your natural God given ability.
A Spiritual healer is someone who is able to heal on a spirit level. We all are spirit first and foremost. Spirits have a body but they are not a body, the body is the temple that can house spirit.
Healer is one of our major natural dynamics. Where we hold belief in limit holds restriction to how much we allow ourselves to experience our healer state. Our healer state goes beyond limit, logic, and can not be fathomed by the analytical mind. Letting go of limit, and logic greatly enhances your spiritual power to own your own natural healer dynamic.
Our world gives us options, it gives us structure and parameters. When our world creates parameters it also creates restriction, it becomes a limit to our natural healer. Learning how to utilize your healer capability in self loving ways and employ your own natural healer to accept the world but know you do not have to become it, is your most valuable postulate to understand the freedom that the creator has granted. Play, be amused but do not loose yourself in limits is the simple act of remembering who you are and the first steps in remembering your healer is truly yours.
Healer is liberated with imagination, creativity and play. How you use it is unique. Techniques that involve play may have created the universe, learn how to liberate your healer, it is a strong part of you. When you embrace your own natural healer then everything in this world begins to reflect this and becomes a healing to you. From the food you eat to the people you meet to the sun smiling down to you, the world becomes your healing temple.
Healer is both yin and yang but predominantly yang. It is the inner masculine that propels, creates motion and supports your creative essence. When your healer acts as a twin flame you feel balanced, supported, whole. Creating space to know your healer is always an act of self love.
One can assist your healing journey but your healer is yours. Another person can not be a greater healer to you than you, gifting power to another invalidates both parties as in spirit we are truly all created equal. What we choose to hold on a body level always becomes the story we write for ourselves and this is where our healer holds value as a story can always be rewritten. Many masters have mentioned change the frame of mind, and you change the story line, this with healer is always so. Your ability to write stories always employs a life lesson you want to learn for yourself, you can choose to look at everything with value as you also take charge of your internal creator. Healer and creator is the director and commander of your experience, choose to bring value to it with self love.
Learn and enjoy your healing dynamic. Use it to support yourself and know that no matter what, you are that capable. Open yourself to the wonder and possibilities and you will be on the road to the knowing of who you truly are.

We are all individuals and unique as spirit (who happens to have bodies). As spirit we are lead by the Divine Mind, the All That Is, our Source aka God to bring an aspect of God into this world in a very unique way (soul purpose).
Each person as spirit has a soul purpose, a very unique plan that is meant to expand themselves and their connection to source. Each of us is equal in that but yet no two are ever the same, as we have unique information, essence, soul type, soul age, and life lessons to accomplish.
To step into your alignment with soul purpose is to know that only you as spirit can take full responsibility for yourself as the sole creator, healer, and visionary of your life experience in conjunction with the will of your one true source. When you align with your source and your own divine plan, you are fed by the source from within which gives you empowerment for your healing, learning, and growing.
The way you run your energy, lessons, maintain your aura, transform concepts to serve your plan, and attend to all aspects of life are fully yours to care take, play with, and be responsible for. In this way one can not heal another as they do not know the intention of growth, lessons, and are not an essence match in vibrational sequence to the spirit of another. One does not know what the will of god holds for the other, and why an experience is present for a life lesson for spiritual growth. When we mix our energy we take away from someones clarity to understand and grasp their life lesson and discovery of who they truly are.
It is very important to learn healthy boundaries where energy mixtures do not inhibit or control but harmonize, to understand that cords, and being in someones aura is not a safe practice as there is no conscious neutrality to what they are working on, releasing, maintaining, learning and ultimately creating. Healthy boundaries are ones ability to set sacred space for themselves and their relationships. Healthy healing practices ensure that each person has their perfect ingredients for their cake as intended and invented by their one and only true source.
When one compares themselves to another they are invalidating both their spirit and the spirit of the other being as each souls plan is individuated to be rewarding and can not be implemented through comparison. When one sees a gift within another and can celebrate it, then they are able to understand and liberate their own similar gift in their own unique vibration, in a healthy empowered way.
To understand that we can not create for another, heal another or live their life for them is a very important lesson in unconditional love. To accept where another is at without judgment is to understand the power of their spirit to complete a lesson is to understand that their lesson holds immeasurable value to them and can only be completed if they have all of the puzzle pieces, sympathetic healing practices sometimes takes them away. To ask yourself to be healed in the way of accepting others just the way they are is asking for unconditional love to enter your mind from your source to help you in learning how to focus on your lessons, journey and souls plan. Once unconditional love enters your mind you can be a support system for others as long as it is within your souls purpose.
As spirit we do understand the founding practice of oneness, as bodies we think through duality, and duality is judgment that creates karmic agreements. When we learn how to implement the tools of spirit our karma begins to cleans and our relationships begin to harmonize. This is the act of returning to oneness. When we meet up on a spirit level in oneness it is a validating play space worth trying as it incorporates who we truly are and the opportunity to play in Gods sandbox with each other.

Learning How to Not Judge Others for Where They Are At
It is important not to judge others for the karma and energy they hold within them. It is not them or who they are as we are never karma, yet to find the truth of the person it is a challenge to go beyond the pictures and energy they are holding.
When ever we are not in alignment with source we are in a bit of pain, this is true for all of our human companions, no person is exempt. There are very weird stories held in each persons aura much like pictogram s that we subconsciously pick up on and are rarely neutral enough to clear them. It is important to not take the behaviors of others as personal because we do not really know what their entire situation was to create the pain they hold.
This is why it is so important to practice clearing energy in well being and neutrality tools so that you too can clear energy and not be “lit up” or defensive about another persons reaction to their own energy when they throw something or spill something out on an energy level that seems to come at you.
We can never be responsible for another persons energy, but we can be responsible for ourselves in how we react to another persons energy and learn how to not take it personal, disengage, heal ourselves, look at them from a neutral perspective and clear our matches. On our spiritual journey we have many past lives that hold our life force and rarely are clear enough to understand the dynamics of another so forgiveness and non judgment helps to not engage. Surrendering others to love even when they seem to misbehave sets the stage for renewal and to ask for judgments we cast upon one another to be released in well being serves the all.
Learning how to love ourselves helps to eradicate the creation of karma as love is our one true alignment with source that is free and clear of painful thinking and it is a return to wholeness in being. Positive thoughts about self and others is one way to step back into flow but it also takes the task of learning how to be neutral.

Self Love and Your Own Internal Healer
Each of us has an internal healer. Our ability to heal ourselves is innate. We tend to turn our internal healer off or thwart it when we are absent of self love. This is why no one else can truly heal another in true healing as it is our own responsibility to act self lovingly.
The impulse to heal another comes from not being true to your own internal healer, hiding from your self and projecting your spiritual growth outside of yourself. If you do not heal yourself first then the thoughts, words, and actions you gift to another are not in service to either party.
Self love is the key factor to turning your own internal healer dial way up. Do you treat yourself lovingly? Do you criticize your energy? Do you act harshly? Fight everything? How do you feel about yourself? Do you think negative thoughts about anything as it pertains to self? Do you keep good boundaries or punish yourself with victim stories?
Looking deeply at your self love is your first door and opportunity to empowering your own healing energy and is the way to address any thing you are facing. Self love and your internal healer go hand in hand as you can achieve what you think may be impossible just by the self loving act of gifting your internal healer your loving support by thinking the thoughts that turn it on. Your internal guide will always work for you when you are not working against you, this is Gods Law and the way to stand within the Rays of Source.
Once you love yourself and serve your self love your own internal healer begins to take over and then everything becomes a healing . The universe shows you with healing experiences that are profound and your receiving opens up. You can even receive a healing from eating ice cream as healing becomes the world you live in. In this way people, places, encounters all support your healing alignment. Everything works when you are not working against yourself and this always begins with the self loving kindness of positive expansive thoughts that serve self worth.

When Hay House asked me to review the new Hicks’ book launch I was excited because I knew instinctively that it was going to be terrific. After a week into the meditations and the beautifully written accompanying users guide…which can stand alone with or without the CD, I found their words to ring true and hold a vibrational intent that is pure.
Esther, Jerry, Abraham have really hit on strong points of staying within the flow of well being and they term this “the Vortex”. Getting into the Vortex is a terrific alignment tool for connecting to Source, both the All that IS and the Soul aspect of self.
The 3 meditations are subliminal and affirmative, thus they state it is best to do them for 15 minutes a day; with this meditation style I concur. I like the simplicity and the positive reinforcement that they offer in getting yourself into a space where you are in non-resistant flow. The CD and users guide to be simple, effective, and to the point. I would highly recommend it to students, which means its GOOD!

The Misconceptions of “Karma”
Karma is always your energy put forth to learn and grow by
It is what you put out there in the world in the way of energy in order to experience, a person, place, thing, and event. Karma pursues a cycle of growth that shows you how you are using your energy over and over again. It shows you how you have strayed from source and is your only way back home again. Without the gains of your karma you have no way to return back to the All that Is and can get stuck in a “growth period” until you heal it. Owning your karma is always your first step in returning home.
Most people misunderstand the actualization of karmic lessons. One may pursue the mis-use of their own energy and foster the creation of a victim landscape that strays farther and farth from home. Owning your karma is the only corrective measure that begins the dis assembly of a straying from your own divine source. Admitting that what you are putting out there in the way of energy is not yielding the experiences you envision that you would like to have is the first step in finding your way back, and no one can gift you this because it is your life experience that becomes karmic. Once you see that you can take your own responsibility for your karmic journey you begin to learn about the way you are running your energy that is not serving and here you have empowerment at your doorstep. We are born with two internal dynamics as spirit and ultimately as tools within our body and biology landscape to tap into, each one of us has our internal healer and our internal creator/creatrix to tap into and fine tune our karma until it sings with soul.
A huge karmic game on our planet is sharing karma or working on someone elses karma, this does not work. Another person can not learn or correct the way someone else is running their energy, or eradicate what someone else is creating for themselves, even if it looks problematic. This mere participation impedes upon both parties divine right in many ways but equates to the same thing as eating dinner for someone else, or taking a road-trip for them. There is no way to install back into another person, learning by handling their karma. What actually happens in a situation like this where someone takes on karma for another is that they are taking someones puzzle pieces for their return trip back to the kingdom of soul and then both parties begin a perpetual loop of trying to complete a puzzle split in two. This is a very unhealthy practice that most people find themselves in and typically comes from the concepts that no one is capable of completing their journey karmically. All people are capable of completing their journey karmically, as a matter of fact it is required if you are incarnating here on Earth, it is part of divine law.
So why do we pursue karmic energy mixtures? The answer leads to back to historical journeys and reincarnation. When we begin to see ourselves as spirit we begin to find out that we have incarnated before and keep doing so in order to clean up these so called karmic energy mixtures and all the missing pieces to millions of puzzles.
Learning how to keep karma clean is learning how to honor and accept another beings journey while focusing fully upon your own, this is where karma that is entwined begins healing, relaxing and one becomes peaceful within. Once you become peaceful and grounded then you can easily start entertaining your own lessons and journey back to the reality Source envisioned for you and let go of karma that is not yours to clean up. Surrendering is a great tool for karma you can not identify as yours.
Mindful awareness when ever you are mixing yourself into someone elses journey or they with yours is a wonderful resource to keeping your energy free and clear, this is how one can learn and grow without karmic lessons. Learning and growing with out karmic lessons transcends the third dimension, not until the upper end of the higher fourth dimension to we look at and learn how to foster our own growth without someone else, without the need for attunement and correction (healer) karmically. This is the beginning of entering into a blissful state of being where you get to experience yourself as you are from the kingdom that is God.
Karma is neither good or bad, black or white, it neither is a problem or a solution it is a tool to use to learn of yourself in decisions where you choose to stray and is always your road map back home.

When you live your life as spirit
When you live your life as spirit, what a beautiful service you offer this Earth. To reach a higher call to service is in service to the all.
How too often we hide from this. Creating distraction, imagined limitation and play small. A higher call to service is the desire to play large. It is not an easy calling, you have to give up where you fight against yourself for it in self judgment. Most people suffer in vein and this is the sacrifice to give up for the higher call in that which you already are.
A brave act is to find your own road less traveled. Traveled by the few but wanted by the many. The road to travel is there for everyone in their own special way but most do not walk it, I ponder and ask why?
We tend to cling onto and judge those who choose this road rather than walk on our own golden path, and this is sad. We tend to loose our way by choice, and martyr a different course, delaying the path and embracing the obstacle and challenge of the road to no service at all, this is playing small. We tend to like the small stories yet do not open our own glory to the playground the creator made for us and then ask why we were forgotten, a story most humans talk. We do not turn our heads to see the playground previously created waiting and empty and suffer from missing it, yet it is always there.
Playing in the playground of our souls choosing is no small choice, it is the willingness to play large and hear the hearts song. It is the story the creator wrote and was long forgotten about, it is the way back home and fuels the child within the magical self that was birthed in heavens garden. Live and play there, it is the souls greatest purpose!
