Ho’oponopono is an Ancient Hawaiian self cleansing prayer and blessing. It is repeated over and over again until there is re leaf and release. It can be recited for a person, place, thing, situation involving self or others. It can be recited for emotions, thoughts, and any situation creatively. Ho’oponopono is simple, freeing, and liberating. It is easy to remember and is widely used among practiced healers in all professions throughout the world.

So what in Ho’oponopono makes it effective?
I believe this simple prayer offers the total self a healing solution
The emotional body is able to to release its discourse an is acknowledged as having feelings.
The mental body understands forgiveness and being forgiven, it does not have to go anyfurther.
The physical body is comforted by repetition and is able to relax.
The spiritual body can surrender its conflict and sees forgiveness and love as closure.
Ho’oponopono offers love and expects forgiveness to the mind, body, and spirit and works with intention. It uses the tools of spirit which is purifying. It is brilliant in its simplicity and powerful in its effects. When faced with conflict of any kind try reciting Ho’oponopono until you feel release. Use it in personal meditation or when there is a need to surrender. And use it for others.

This was my first Doreen Virtue Book. I was pleasantly surprised and did not put it down until I was finished.

Doreen’s book is about much more than Angel Therapy, in my opinion the title could have been much more expansive as the book itself covers many diverse topics including starting a spiritually minded business by helping others connect to their Angels. However this is a pleasant surprise, as her book offers the readership much more than the title suggests.

Doreen talks about her spiritual journey of connecting and working with Angels. She begins with her initial career choices, her first instances in communicating with angels, and how this evolved into her life’s work as a light worker. She talks about structuring a light worker business around working with Angels and gives very informative, clean, step by step advise. Doreen found her own healing through inviting Angels into her life to work with her on her journey and encourages this connection for all. Her simplicity in dialog conveys how easy it is to connect to Angels.

Doreen includes her understanding of the Angelic Kingdom and shares her personal relationship with many of the Angels. She offers an effortless guide in working with them that gives permission to play easily. She details many ways one can communicate with Angels. She walks the readership through steps on how to receive their assistance, healing, support, guidance. The steps are very clear and is equally informative for one connecting for the first time as well as one who has worked with Angels for some time. This book is a very enjoyable read.

I lost weight from the time I started this book over 1.5 months ago. This book is highly effective as a spiritual healing guide.

As a Course In Miracles Teacher I was fascinated that Marianne Williamson created a version of the teaching for those who struggle with weight, gifting them a spiritual source book that aligns readers with a journey of opening and expanding upon healing and uniting with the authentic self.

In a Course In Weight Loss, Marianne teaches self love and total self acceptance as steps to empowering yourself. She gives letters as examples of self communication techniques to turn a problem into something that you can accept within yourself. She talks about uniting weight problems (She covers weight but I believe the book can work with any addiction or affliction) with that of the assistance of Source. She speaks of God beautifully and freely as the provider of miracle to solve pain, issues, and problems in spiritual support of the reader. She utilizes lessons, gifts examples and takes you on a step by step journey through each lesson with wisdom and prayer, frightfulness and the ACIM understanding of authentic truth in Being. Her book is beautiful, and apparently effective as I without a strong goal, as I was reading this book I played with the idea of letting the book work for me. I lost weight just by reading the book and exploring my self with the exercises Marianne gave to work with.

To postulate each one of us is capable to design our life lessons so that we can learn and grow is to understand our spirit is director.

To see that each spirit is the director of their life experience is to see each other as Source sees them, pure, responsible, capable. When you see this, capability expands and problems could never be larger. Understanding spirit is always master and director is understanding we all come from Source and is a liberating experience to discover.

To see each other in any other way does not serve, help, or support, it invalidates spirit and creates karma. To know that another has spirit, and that their spirit creates their life lessons as valuable treasures from every experience is to understand the jewel within yourself to support your own journey and to stand within the well spring of source.

Each of us has several pathways to choose as conscious choice to learn the lessons that our spirit selects as necessary and can always altar a pathway, make it more graceful, yet still retain the value of the growth. However the growth process is extremely valuable to the incarnate and was carefully selected by ones spirit. Interrupting that process is unnecessary practice and can delay growth.

Sometimes we fear the growth process of others or are not neutral because we do not understand what this being is working on, maybe have a matching picture and do not fully trust our own spirit, capability, and truth of what we have selected for our own individuated growth. Sometimes we judge another s growth and mistakenly interpret it superimposing a limitation that is not another s truth because we have yet to learn how karma is created.

Spiritual surrender, forgiveness, and non judgment assist the release of the pictures, energy charges and responsibility to prove to another the misnomers of right and wrong. It is your ability to resolve and create divine correction to the karma and energetic exchange of interference. Practicing the tools of spirit helps each of us to know we are of Source and truly are in charge, capable, ready, rich in tools and resources.

A Spiritual Healer is you.

You as spirit have a gift to change, shift, rearrange, altar, evolve, learn, grow, expand, and resolve any and all things given the conscious play space and the permission, the space to experience and utilize your natural God given ability.

A Spiritual healer is someone who is able to heal on a spirit level. We all are spirit first and foremost. Spirits have a body but they are not a body, the body is the temple that can house spirit.

Healer is one of our major natural dynamics. Where we hold belief in limit holds restriction to how much we allow ourselves to experience our healer state. Our healer state goes beyond limit, logic, and can not be fathomed by the analytical mind. Letting go of limit, and logic greatly enhances your spiritual power to own your own natural healer dynamic.

Our world gives us options, it gives us structure and parameters. When our world creates parameters it also creates restriction, it becomes a limit to our natural healer. Learning how to utilize your healer capability in self loving ways and employ your own natural healer to accept the world but know you do not have to become it, is your most valuable postulate to understand the freedom that the creator has granted. Play, be amused but do not loose yourself in limits is the simple act of remembering who you are and the first steps in remembering your healer is truly yours.

Healer is liberated with imagination, creativity and play. How you use it is unique. Techniques that involve play may have created the universe, learn how to liberate your healer, it is a strong part of you. When you embrace your own natural healer then everything in this world begins to reflect this and becomes a healing to you. From the food you eat to the people you meet to the sun smiling down to you, the world becomes your healing temple.

Healer is both yin and yang but predominantly yang. It is the inner masculine that propels, creates motion and supports your creative essence. When your healer acts as a twin flame you feel balanced, supported, whole. Creating space to know your healer is always an act of self love.

One can assist your healing journey but your healer is yours. Another person can not be a greater healer to you than you, gifting power to another invalidates both parties as in spirit we are truly all created equal. What we choose to hold on a body level always becomes the story we write for ourselves and this is where our healer holds value as a story can always be rewritten. Many masters have mentioned change the frame of mind, and you change the story line, this with healer is always so. Your ability to write stories always employs a life lesson you want to learn for yourself, you can choose to look at everything with value as you also take charge of your internal creator. Healer and creator is the director and commander of your experience, choose to bring value to it with self love.

Learn and enjoy your healing dynamic. Use it to support yourself and know that no matter what, you are that capable. Open yourself to the wonder and possibilities and you will be on the road to the knowing of who you truly are.
